Our team will always take the time to help patients fully understand their financial commitment before their surgical treatment at our Chicago area office begins. Dental insurance is designed to pay a portion of the costs associated with dental care. The plan allowance is determined by what your employer purchases. There may be deductibles, co-pays, limitations and an allowed amount to use per a time period (usually a calendar year.) Most procedures are in a category such as Preventative, Basic, and Major with a predetermined allowance per each category such as 50% or 80%. Our office will check your benefits prior to your initial appointment. We will gladly file insurance claims on your behalf to help maximize your available benefits, as well as estimate your portion of the cost.
As a courtesy, we will submit your insurance claims for you. It is important that you understand your insurance benefits; we can only estimate your portion of the cost of treatment and cannot guarantee what your insurance will or will not pay. On the day of your appointment we will collect the estimated amount that your insurance is not expected to pay. We are in network (PPO) providers for most major dental insurance companies. Flexible Financing Available
If you’re in need of an alternative to insurance, flexible payment plans through CareCredit are available that typically span from 6 to 12 months with low (or even no) interest. We also accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
